These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website wholesaleattire.com and any orders you place with WholesaleAttire. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order (wholesale or single-piece), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About WholesaleAttire

WholesaleAttire operates an online store selling ethnic and fashion apparel and related products to customers in India. We sell:

  • Wholesale / bulk / catalog orders for resellers, boutique owners, and traders; and

  • Single-piece orders for individual buyers.

Product availability, pricing, and any minimum order quantity (MOQ), if applicable, are shown on the relevant product or catalog page at the time of purchase.

 

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian; and

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

WholesaleAttire may refuse service, restrict accounts, or cancel orders at its reasonable discretion (for example, suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, or policy violations).

 

3. Account responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential;

  • All activity under your account; and

  • Updating your contact and shipping details promptly.

Please notify us at support@wholesaleattire.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

 

4. Product information and pricing

  • We aim to display product descriptions, fabrics, sizes, and images accurately. Minor variations in colour, shade, embroidery, print placement, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handwork, or batch differences. Such variations are normal in textile and ethnic wear and do not automatically constitute a defect.

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. The price applicable is the price displayed at checkout when your order is confirmed.

  • Wholesale and single-piece prices may differ. Promotional offers, coupons, and sale prices are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors. If an error is found after you place an order, we will contact you and may cancel the affected item(s) and refund any amount already paid for those item(s).

 

5. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm the order by email/SMS/WhatsApp or when we begin processing/dispatch.

  • We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, payment fails, shipping is not possible to the address provided, or we suspect misuse.

  • For wholesale catalog orders, quantities, colours, and sizes must match what is confirmed at checkout or in writing with our team. Once confirmed and processed, changes may not be possible.

 

6. Payments

  • Payment methods available at checkout (for example UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery if offered) are subject to change.

  • Full payment may be required before dispatch for prepaid orders. If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, any advance or booking amount (if applicable) and COD terms shown at checkout will apply.

  • You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct. Duplicate or failed payments should be reported to support@wholesaleattire.com with proof of payment.

 

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Key timelines currently used across WholesaleAttire policies:

Working days generally mean Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays in India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, festivals, or unforeseen events.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address (or upon successful handover evidenced by the courier’s delivery record).

 

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of placement only if the order has not been processed or dispatched.

  • Returns/replacements are limited to damaged, defective, or wrong products reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

  • Change of mind, slow-selling stock, size preference (unless a sizing error by us), or colour preference are not valid return reasons.

  • Stitched, customized, or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the error is ours.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection approval.

 

9. Wholesale and reseller use

  • Products purchased may be resold by you in the ordinary course of your business, subject to applicable law.

  • You may not misuse WholesaleAttire brand names, trademarks, website content, product images, or catalog creatives as if they were your own branded assets without written permission. For reselling, we recommend using your own product photography and descriptions.

  • Drop-shipping or third-party fulfilment arrangements, if offered, will be subject to separate written terms.

 

10. Intellectual property

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, images, catalog layouts, and software—is owned by WholesaleAttire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit site content without prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial browsing or as needed to complete a purchase.

 

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

  • Use bots, scrapers, or similar tools in a way that harms site performance or copies catalog data at scale;

  • Interfere with other users’ use of the site; or

  • Submit false claims, fraudulent returns, or abusive communications.

 

12. Marketing communications and electronic notices

By placing an order or providing your contact details, you consent to receive order-related communications electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or site notices). Marketing messages (if any) will follow applicable Indian laws and your preference choices. 13. Disclaimer of warranties

Products and the website are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WholesaleAttire disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing. Please also read our Disclaimer.

 

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • WholesaleAttire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost business, or delayed sales) arising from use of the site or purchase of products; and

  • Our total liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount you paid to WholesaleAttire for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (for example, for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited).

 

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WholesaleAttire harmless from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

 

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections (if applicable), courts in India shall have jurisdiction. For customers purchasing as consumers under applicable Indian consumer law, statutory rights remain available where they cannot be waived.

 

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future orders and site use.
