  • Hand embroidery, prints, lace, sequence, and embellishment work can vary slightly between pieces in the same design.

  • Light thread or sequence shedding can occur with heavily worked garments and is not, by itself, treated as a manufacturing defect unless it makes the product unusable as reasonably determined by us.

  • Fabric hand-feel and fall may differ from online photos. Please review product details carefully before ordering, especially for wholesale catalog purchases.

Eligible defect, damage, and wrong-item remedies are limited to those in our Returns Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

 

3. Wholesale and reseller decisions

If you buy for resale:

  • Sales performance in your local market is your commercial risk.

  • We do not guarantee that any design will sell, match a trend forecast, or suit your customer base.

  • “Slow selling” or change of assortment strategy is not a valid ground for return or refund.

 

4. Sizing and customization

  • Size charts, where provided, are approximate. Body measurements and stitching preferences vary.

  • For stitched or customized orders, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and instructions. Such orders are final sale except for verified WholesaleAttire errors.

  • We recommend confirming fabric care and stitching suitability with your tailor where needed.

 

5. Shipping and delivery estimates

Dispatch and delivery timelines (ready-stock dispatch 3–5 working days; domestic delivery 5–7 working days after dispatch; typical total 7–12 working days) are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, festivals, customs (if applicable), incorrect addresses, or force majeure events are outside our reasonable control. WholesaleAttire is not liable for consequential losses from delayed delivery (including missed retail seasons or lost reseller sales), except as required by applicable law.

 

6. Third-party services and advertising
